1. Digital Images & Artwork

Digital artworks available for purchase on our website are provided as Watermark-Free Images.
Purchased digital artworks may be used by the buyer for personal or commercial purposes.
Purchased digital artworks may not be resold, redistributed, or offered as a separate digital product without permission from PRASHANT ARTS.
Images of famous/public figures displayed on our website are not available for sale. Such images may be displayed only as portfolio or sample work.
Images available for Free Download may be used for personal purposes only. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or use in commercial products is not permitted.
Watermarks, credits, or other identification marks on website images must not be removed without permission.
AI-generated images may vary each time they are generated. Therefore, an AI-generated image may not be exactly identical or pixel-for-pixel the same as a previous generation.

2. Photo Editing – Terms & Conditions

Before starting the work, the customer is expected to clearly communicate all requirements, including the desired look, clothing, background, pose, style, or other modifications.
Each photo includes up to 2–3 revisions, within the scope of the original request.
Any additional changes or new requirements outside the original request may be treated as additional work and may incur extra charges.
Due to the nature of AI technology, using the same photo and the same prompt may produce different results each time.
Therefore, two AI-generated images created from the same photo and the same prompt may not be exactly identical.
AI-generated results may sometimes contain variations in facial details, hands, clothing, jewellery, background, or other elements. Reasonable corrections may be provided within the applicable revision limit.
Changes requested after the customer has approved the final work may be treated as an additional revision.

3. AI Video – Terms & Conditions

Before starting an AI video project, the customer must clearly communicate the expected style, scene, duration, movement, visual appearance, and other requirements.
We create the AI video according to the customer's requirements and provided references; however, due to the nature of AI technology, 100% identical or guaranteed results cannot be assured.
Two AI videos generated from the same photo and the same prompt may not be exactly identical.
Two Text-to-Video generations using the same prompt may also produce different results.
A new video created using one of our previously used prompts is not guaranteed to be exactly the same as a previously created video.
AI generation may produce variations in scenes, movements, facial expressions, camera movements, and other visual elements.
AI video projects generally cannot be revised after final delivery. Customers should therefore communicate all requirements clearly before the work begins.
Any additional changes requested after the agreed work or final delivery may incur extra charges.
The customer must provide the required reference images, text, logos, music, or other materials in a suitable format when required.

4. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Since our services and digital products are delivered in digital form, payments are generally non-refundable once the work has started or the digital product has been delivered or made available for download.
Customers should carefully review the product or service details, specifications, and terms before making payment.
If changes are required within the agreed scope of work, revisions may be provided within the specified revision limit.
Changes beyond the revision limit or requests for additional or new work may incur extra charges.
If changes are required because incorrect or incomplete information or reference material was provided by the customer, such changes may be treated as additional revisions.
If a digital product cannot be properly received or accessed due to a technical issue, the customer should contact us. Where possible, we will attempt to provide the file again.

5. Important Notice Regarding AI Services

AI technology is probabilistic, and results may vary with each generation.
Therefore, even with the same reference image or prompt, we cannot guarantee an exact face, exact pose, exact clothing, exact background, exact style, or exact video movement in every generation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights or permission to use any photographs, logos, text, or other materials provided to us.
Customers are responsible for using the final AI-generated content in accordance with applicable laws, copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and other applicable rights.

6. Customer Approval

By purchasing a digital product or placing an order for our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

PRASHANT ARTS reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The updated terms will apply to future purchases and services.
